Combined 15 Years Experience in Civil Engineering and Geological Operations.
In 2022, a project requiring a civil engineer and a geologist brought Jeff and Tyler together. They quickly learned that their values aligned in many aspects, especially concerning integrity and skill in their respective fields. With Jeff and Tyler's skillsets complementing each other, and a united drive to provide excellent services to clients, their two families came together to co-found Strike Engineers, a San Diego based Civil Engineer & Geology firm.

Koloski Family
Jeff and Miranda Koloski both grew up in New England, on the east coast. They attended the University of New Hampshire, where they first met each other their sophomore year. Miranda's job is what brought them out to San Diego and they haven't looked back. They have one child and live in the Scripps Ranch community.
Scott Family
Tyler Scott, a lifelong San Diego native, is a Geology graduate from SDSU. Tyler met Courtney, an east coast transplant, in 2008 and they've been together ever since. They now have three children and live on their homestead in Ramona, CA, just outside of the San Diego area.
